Before taking alfuzosin, make sure your healthcare provider is aware of any other medications you are taking. Alfuzosin drug interactions can occur with several medications, including blood pressure medications, certain antibiotics, and nitrates. These reactions can increase the level of alfuzosin in your blood, possibly increasing your risk of dangerous side effects.
