Alcohol, nitrates, and blood pressure medications are some of the products that can cause problems when used in combination with avanafil. Drug interactions such as these may increase your risk for serious side effects or may cause your blood pressure to drop too low. Before you take avanafil, your healthcare provider will need a current list of all medications and supplements you are taking.
