It is not known what exactly to expect from an overdose. In one case, an individual who took too much injectable testosterone experienced a stroke, probably related to extremely high testosterone levels. It is not known if this is possible or likely with Striant.
If you happen to overdose on Striant, seek immediate medical attention.
This medication should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep each tablet in its original blister packaging until you are ready to use it. Keep Striant and all other medications out of the reach of children and pets. Be sure to dispose of the used tablets in the trash, out of reach of children and pets.
What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose?
If you happen to realize you missed a dose shortly after the scheduled time, it is fine to either skip the missed dose or to take it as soon as you remember. However, if you are more than a few hours late, it is probably best just to skip it and continue with your regular schedule the next day.
Striant comes in the form of 30-mg buccal tablets.
