Naftin Drug Interactions

Naftin® (naftifine) is a prescription antifungal medication used to treat athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm. It comes as a cream or gel that is applied to the skin. At this time, there are no known drug interactions with Naftin.
However, you should always tell your healthcare provider about all prescription medications, nonprescription drugs, and vitamins or supplements you are taking. Even though no interactions are known at this point, it is important to understand that Naftin has not been tested with all other medications. In fact, drugs that are unlikely to interfere with other medications are not tested for interactions at all.
It is possible that Naftin has never been studied for potential drug interactions. Therefore, interactions may be discovered in the future.
