Drug Interactions With Orally Disintegrating Vardenafil

When orally disintegrating vardenafil is taken with certain other drugs, such as blood pressure medications or nitrates, potentially negative interactions can occur. These reactions can lead to problems, such as low blood pressure or a dangerous type of arrhythmia. To prevent these and other complications, your healthcare provider may adjust your dosages or recommend another medication.

An Overview of Orally Disintegrating Vardenafil Interactions

Orally disintegrating vardenafil (Staxyn™) is a prescription medication belonging to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Orally disintegrating vardenafil may potentially interact with a number of other medications.
