Best Spot for Testosterone Patch

When using a testosterone patch (Androderm®), the best spot to apply it is on a clean, dry area of the skin on the back, stomach, upper arms, or thighs. Avoid putting it on irritated skin, open sores, or bony areas that may be subject to pressure when you sleep or sit. Also, do not apply it to the same area of the skin more than once a week.

Do not use a cut or damaged patch. Try to apply the Androderm patch at the same time each night, between 8 p.m. and midnight.
