Testred Drug Interactions

Warfarin, insulin, and corticosteroids may negatively react with Testred. Drug interactions such as these may affect the level of the medicines in your blood and increase your risk for problems, such as liver damage or fluid retention. In some cases, you may not be able to take these medications in combination with Testred.

Testred® (methyltestosterone capsules) may react with several other medications. Some of the drugs that may interact with Testred include but are not limited to:

    • Triamcinolone (Kenalog®, Aristospan®)

Testred can decrease blood sugar levels. If you take insulin, you should monitor your blood sugar levels more closely when starting or stopping Testred, or even when adjusting your dose.
